  • How does the digital signature for the Work Permit work?

    GAP's platform allows digital and biometric signatures (facial/fingerprint) for approvers and executors, ensuring the authenticity and traceability of every step. Access control is robust, with customized user profiles, ensuring that only authorized personnel (with valid training) can fill out, review, or approve a Work Permit.

  • What if there is no internet access at the hazardous work site?

    GAP's Digital Work Permit works offline. The field team can fill out all the data, attach photos, and obtain digital signatures even without a connection. As soon as internet access is restored, the information must be synchronized, with no data loss or delay in clearances.
